7-Day Return Policy
If your bottle arrives damaged, or is not what was shown on our website, we will replace it or refund you in full. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How to request a return
- Message us on Facebook (facebook.com/craftghorbd) or email craftghor2@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
- We will confirm within 24 hours and arrange the return or replacement.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition. Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items is covered by Craft Ghor. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Because every piece is handmade, small variations in jute texture, label ageing and finish are natural characteristics of the product and are not considered defects.
